June Performance Event Announcement:

BALLET NORTH PRESENTS LA FILLE MAL GARDEE "THE WAYWARD DAUGHTER"

Based on the hilarious ballet inspired by the 1789 painting of Pierre-Antoine Baudouin, Ballet North's Wayward Daughter tells the tale of the misadventures of Lise and Widow Simone as they live life in a pastoral village and encounter various characters from the charming and handsome Colas to the eccentric Elan and his father Thomas.  Capturing a very comedic snapshot of what all can happen and go astray in village life, The Wayward Daughter is pure delight and a charming adventure the whole family will enjoy.  It's not every day you see an entire flock of dancing chickens or get blown off the stage by a tornado!!!
Performing Friday and Saturday June 9 and 10, 7:30 pm at the Excelsior Springs Performing Arts Center, 612 Tiger Drive, Excelsior Springs MO.  Tickets are $25 all fees included, Reserve Seating only.  Tickets will be available HERE s…
